Led by Hein and Josephine, the work is built on years of hands-on experience in wildlife capture, veterinary care, rehabilitation, and conservation support across Africa. We work closely with reserves, landowners, and conservation teams to provide solutions that are realistic, effective, and aligned with good animal welfare.

We don't believe in overcomplicating things - just doing the work properly, making sound decisions in the field, and always keeping the animal's best interest at the centre.

Alongside our field work, we are passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of wildlife veterinarians and conservationists, giving them real exposure to what this work actually involves.

We take the work seriously - but we're also real people who care deeply about what we do and the people we work with.
